Post something, I dare you :)

In light of all the recent traffic to The Pines Hotel site, I've decided to set up this message board.  Be the first on your block to post on it!

Thanks Pete!

I'll take your dare and be the first from Seattle to post a message here.  This site is great!  Thanks for adding the new pictures.  I've been checking back all this summer in hopes of something new to see here, and then one day the board sort of disappeared :(  And now it's back!  I'm off to check out all the new photos!

Does anyone have information on the Hotel Brickman?  I worked there before I worked at the Pines.  Many of us moved from the Brickman to the Pines.  Anyone with any information, pplease reply, as I am interested in what happened after the Ashram bought it.  The only thing I know whas that they turned the niteclub into a Meditation Room.  Thanks

i worked at Brickman's in the late 60's early 70's.  Met my wife of 31 years there - I worked in the dining room - she in the day camp.  still summer in the catskills, and often see Ben Posner in area restaurants.  Many fond memories.

I stayed at the Brickmans during the 60's. It was a much larger Hotel than the Pines. The Posner's ran a first-rate establishment. As a kid I loved the outdoor terraced swimming pool and the camp. I even remember seeing Richard Pryor and the Temptations in the Night Club.
I was also thrilled to get Joey Ross' (from Car 54 Where Are You?) autograph. I have many fond memories of this place and time that no longer exists.
